Blanking
We have a main blanking press of 30 tonnes and three 20-tonne blanking presses, suitable for various types of molds, ensuring versatility and responsiveness to diverse production needs.
Stripping
3 Arcos Belt Grinders Model SC1/A HP 6 with Two-Speed Extended Arms allow the operator to work on any type of piece and material to achieve the required finish level.
Carpet Shot Blasting
OMSG SG3 RNH 2 Direct Drive Crawler Belt Shot Blasting Machines are used for treating medium to small-sized pieces, with individual weights ranging from a few grams up to 10 Kg. It is a typical setup for pieces suitable for tumbling.
Hook Shot Blasting Machine
OMSG SSANDERS 10/16N Hook Shot Blasting Machine with three turbines operates by hanging the pieces on a rotating hook that exposes them to the abrasive flow of the turbines, ensuring full surface coverage.
Threaded Hole
3 SerrMac Mod. V22 Column Drills feature step pulley transmission, manual speed change, precision spindle axis with hardened Morse taper, and machined base plate.
Vibratory Tumbling
Line of 4 vibratory finishing machines of various sizes with parts washing tunnel and double Rosler rotary and tunnel dryer. Our systems demonstrate their effectiveness in numerous industrial sectors, where nowadays almost no semi-finished product can do without a surface finish, whether functional or aesthetic.
Robotic Workcells
We have 3 robotic workcells by Arcos with 6-axis Comau robots. The first workcell features 6 stations: 2 free belt, 1 contact belt, 1 sisal, 1 dual drilling and tapping, and 1 polishing station. The other two twin workcells each have 4 stations: 2 free belt, drilling and tapping.
CNC Machining Center
Haas Micron V1000 vertical machining center with a table size of 1200mm x 510mm, is a CNC machine particularly suited for general machining of small to medium-sized parts across various sectors.
Workbenches
We also specialize in other manual machining operations such as drilling, slotting, polishing... ensuring excellent results and meeting specific customer needs with professional and detail-oriented service.
